Chicago Cutlery Kitchen Knives Reviews

Chicago Cutlery creates a decent but unspectacular knife set that are inferior to the likes of both Wustof and J.A. Henckels. The steel doesn’t stay as sharp for as long, the handle’s color tend to fade over time and the will require maintenance by the owner. While these are bad traits and may make these knives seem a waste of money, Chicago Cutlery does have a few things going for it.

First, Chicago Cutlery are great for the everyday cook. They can dice up whatever, go through steaks, butcher something up, or whatever. Also, since you’re already not looking to have these be display knives, save sometime and go ahead and wash them in the dish washer. These knives will fade and become dull regardless of what you do so don’t worry so much about being perfect with them.

The price is also reasonable for Chicago Cutlery knives which is great for a quality knife that’s going to be used all over the kitchen. While they’re not as great for chef types, they’ll work fairly well in most people kitchens. Of course, someone will have to sharpen them.
